I've been sitting at my laptop for the past three hours going through your blog; enraptured, enthralled, delighted, homesick and starving all at once! I'm a Singaporean living in Chicago, and I came across your article on Northern Thai food in the online version of the Chicago Tribune. Didn't take me very long to read that and find your blog! THANK YOU both for your fantastic writing and fabulous photographs - a truly marvellous labour of love that speaks the very heart of Southeast Asian cuisine.
