Eating pide in Istanbul was some of the best "fast" food I ate there. Excellent. It's a shame elsewhere in the world it just isn't the same.

I am envious because I wanted to speak Turkish; I only speak Arabic and that does not work! nor French; OK so this is Istanbul, my second most favorite city in the world (after Beirut) and I am going to read more of your blog! Fascinating!
