Check out page 51 of this month's KLue magazine - there we are!
OK, not us exactly, but an almost half-page blurb about EatingAsia. (KLUE's an English-language Malaysian magazine, not distributed beyond our borders, I think - so those of you who can't pick up a copy will just have to take my word for it: it's a real magazine, and this is worth at least a teeny celebration.)
My surname's mispelled once, and there's a wee bit of misinformation (we didn't just travel to those places, we lived there). Who cares? Not me. Not Dave. The article includes three photos plucked from some of our favorite posts (this, this, and this one). Up top - yes, there it is - Dave's first print photo credit.
Now that Eating Asia's been noticed by KLue, can Bon Appetit, the New York Times food section, and Australian Gourmet Traveller be far behind? Well ... yes. Miles and miles behind. So what? This made our day.
Many thanks to the folks at KLue. We're flattered you found our obsession worth the page space.
Wow, congratulations guys. That's really exciting. I personally think you guys are more than good enough for Bon Appetit or any other food magazine, so you never know.

Congratulations! This is amazing :)
Robyn, I wouldn't say that there's a dearth of Hakka food in Penang because we can easily find certain Hakka dishes here. But somehow the Hakka Mee which was featured in the previous post is not popular here.
