Oooh, I wish I were there now...

Do get the babi guling at Warung Bu Oka in Central Ubud, if you get a chance. And try some lawar, while you're at it.

And, oh, one of the best sources for fried bananas anywhere (pisang goreng/godoh) is a fried food cart that sells that and tahu isi in front of the Pura Dalem in Pengosekan, just south of Ubud.
