Wanna talk (or email) about it? I'm working on a story on innard amour and would like to hear from Malaysian (or Malaysia-resident) innard fans. Schedules permitting, we might even be able to discuss your love of offal over a bowl or plate of your favorite.
Drop me an email or leave a comment below. Thanks.

Love ur blog.
I love "innards" -- I hope we are talking about the same thing: tripe?
My husband makes all kinds of fantastic tripe dishes.
But I'm Filipina, not Malaysian. And I live in San Francisco.

I try and thinkg of the unusual innards so you have interesting story to tell. Have you try the kajang satay which make from the beef innards? You can get cow tripe, liver and other inside things. If you want to go to kajang stadium, you can just email me to go with you.

whatcha wanna know? pork or chick's? lol.
there is a nice pork innard teochew style(i guess) stall in the old town of KL next to the famous porridge stall. they serve innards frm a simmering big aluminum bowl.
chick's r available everywhere especially from chicken rice shops, but one particular one is off the LDP in pj. it's full to the max everyday(lunch). the chicks r good and the innards too. thye give free and proper soup too (not those frm where the chicks were boiled).
enjoy
